Died 17 days after purchase. Had to take it to an LG authorized repair shop - 30 mi away. no cost to fix it but had to drive ther to drop it off and then to pick it up

I was only able to use this microwave for a few days before it stopped working. It shut off mid reheat and would not power back on. Exchanged it for another brand and model at the store the next day.

This was a nice looking microwave and easy to operate. It quit working after 2 minutes. I'm sure it was a fluke. Best Buy was awesome and returned the item. I have other LG products and I have never had a problem with any of them accept this product.

We purchased this item on the open box table. Took it home and plugged it in and nothing! It was defective and we had to return it the next day.

This microwave is ok except its biggest flaw is you cannot see the touchpad because it is not backlit, I would not recommend this one

loved the glassy front panel. it works well for normal house hold purposes. It is not too small or not too big microwave. It has Ez-ON button, which eases the usage by just keep incrementing the timed heat by 30 sec

We returned this microwave for a different one because the first one was damaged.

For my household ( 2 people) it is excellent in many ways. Affordable price.Medium size- fits exactly space on my kitchen counter. White- as the other appliances I have. Working fine, no problems. It has two "minuses". First: dials haven't backlight. Second: interior is in dark color which make splashes less visible to clean.

Pro - easy to clean. Con - dark and can't see the item as it cooks.

This microwave is at best average and by the time you consider the two drawbacks it comes in on the lower side of average. The biggest problem for me is it is nearly impossible to see inside while it is cooking. I fix cream of wheat in the microwave so I need to see into the microwave to keep it from boiling over. This microwave also does not have the quick keys option. If you want it to run for 3 min you have to hit 3 then 0 then 0 then start. Some microwaves will go for 3 minutes if you only press the 3. The EZ-on is ok. The drawbacks are not significant enough for me to take it back and pick out another one.

Glad to upgrade to this microwave, because it was worth every penny. I like the dark gray finish for the microwave interior, and love the mirror-like front on the microwave door for it looks very modern. The microwave has many great features for sensor and auto cook. Plus, it is nice to have melt and soften buttons. The beep reminder that continues to beep periodically till the item is removed from the microwave is very nifty and comes in handy.

I bought this, cause my last Microwave died, i use one twice a day, so it was nice to drive to Best Buy, and pick a new one up the same day. My old microwave was Stainless steel, and always covered in fingerprints. This one is a beautiful white, with Mirrored glass, very snazzy. So far its worked Perfect, tons of room inside, and has an easy to clean grey painted interior, very happy with my purchase.

Works well. Medium sized microwave, wouldn't work well in a kitchen with limited counter space. Good price for quality.

Our last LG lasted 7 years at least so I thought LG would be a safe bet. If I had realized the door is an actual mirror I would not have bought. It is super shiny. We have it counter height so I guess it will be a good thing to see your gut before you eat. The cord is super short so we had to run an extension cord even though it was only going a few feet to an outlet. The control panel is super hard to read and interior light is really dim. I don't want to re-box it and drive the 30 min to return so I guess I'm stuck with it.

I liked the look in my black appliance kitchen, and it fit perfectly. Worked fine for nearly 3 months and then died mid cycle...Would not power back on. A dead door stop. And if I want LG to refund my money, it is only after I replace it with an LG product and send that proof of purchase! It's like asking Mrs. Lincoln to come back to Ford Theatre to get her ticket refunded? Would not recommend LG product or customer service at all.

LG should be ashamed of themselves for telling my recently widowed 82 year old mother that they couldn't help her with this non functioning microwave she had purchased less than 8 months earlier. That she'd need to take it to one of their authorized repair centers, which turns around tells her it will be another $45 just to perform a diagnosis. What a complete brush off and MAJOR disappointment on the part of LG. A company in hindsight that I blindly trusted would stand by its products. My first mistake recommending this unit was not taking into account the other reviews. This was the first ever LG purchase in our family and the unit just flat out broke for no reason at all after a mere 7 months of very minimal use. It just flat out quit one day similar to the failure experienced by other reviewers.I accept that sometimes there can be lemons. What I'll never accept under these circumstances is a company like LG pretending the issue and resolution lies solely with the customer. Especially when it borders on intentionally taking advantage of someone whose elderly. That's pure bs and worthy of reporting! I'm greatful for customer service at Best Buy and their attempt to help our family out. I will continue shopping at Best Buy because of them. But I guaranteee I won't ever be heading home with anything from LG in my life again. This purchase told me all I needed to know. A direct reminder that life is anything but good, and your better off looking to other companies for honest happiness.

I purchased this microwave because I thought the mirror affect on the door was really cool. Turns out, the mirror affect makes it nearly impossible to see the food cooking. Also, the setting controls were hard to read. Worked great, just not comfortable not seeing food. I returned, no problems! Thank you Best Buy

I can't give this a bad review from cooking but with the mirrored surface, you could only stand by the side and actually read the number pad. My mother-in-law couldn't see it at all because of the mirrored surface.

I actually liked this microwave, it is sleek and worked very well. Until it just came to a grinding (that is the last sound it made) halt 25 days after the 1 year warranty. Prior to this model, I had a Samsung that lasted 10 years +, my advice is to move on from LG, the product lasted just a little over a year. (Average use, mostly to reheat food items and heat liquids and it was cleaned weekly).
