    Downside - mirrored front. You can't see what is happening in the microwave. It also has a sharp corner on the door. Besides downside-ok.

    I like this microwave as it does what it should do. I would have liked the quick start buttons - push the '2' button for 2 minutes, for example. I haven't tried the 'melt' or 'soften' features, but they seem like a good idea. It is a little louder than my previous microwave and the glass and interior are pretty dark, so it's a little difficult to see, say, when the water is boiling. But, overall, I can't complain about my purchase.
