We did have to get used to a different cook time than everything else because of the wattage level, but that was an easy adjustment.

Had to disengage child lock 2nd Big issue it does NOT properly cook. 3rdthe keypad is a nightmare. Hard to see “buttons”. Difficult to engage, yet can’t clean keypad without triggering numbers

It has cute tones and sounds like it's talking to the dishwasher when it's operating. It doesn't take up too much real estate in my little kitchen, a huge plus.

There were dents inside, including a deforming of the grid on the door. Under the right lighting, this is visible from outside the glass door. The microwave performs fine, but its appearance did not match the description.
