    Works like a microwave but sounds like a heavy machine running in the kitchen. Will be exchanging or returning. Either its defective, or garbage. Its also very flimsy compared to the Panasonic we came from that ran for 20 years.

    Works great while it lasts, which isn't long.

    It worked great for almost exactly 90 days, and then it stopped warming anything. Up until that point, it did everything perfect. Even the automated "Popcorn" setting passed the test.

    Dows not heat up sometimes

    Not sure if this is a defect or not but sometimes it heats up food easily (30 sec) while sometimes it can take 2 minutes (may even come out cold; yes the exact temp when I placed in the micowave) for the exact same portion of food. Kind of disappointing.

    We returned the item because it was damaged, they didn't have another one like it to replace it and we had to ask for a refund and go buy it at another store.

    Bad Out of the BOX!

    This product was defective from the very beginning. It kept blowing the Ground Fault Uninterupt Circuit . (GFCI) What a waster of time now. I have to take this thing back and I will be looking a different brand!

    Display is poorly made

    I barely bumped the didn’t with a glass plate and it immediately shattered. The glass display is incredibly fragile and the buttons are difficult to push. Would not recommend.

    Started off really pleased but something must have broke in the microwave. Although it still heats things up, the microwave is now super loud. Only had it for a little over two months.

    Within a week of use it smokes constantly no matter what is cooked. And the controls are totally unreliable once you hit one button it will not let you change category

    The LG microwave had an odd noise in addition to the normal microwave noise. We didn't like that we had to press down two buttons to open the door.

    This was a gift from my daughter. After having returned another product (well known brand name, made in China) multiple times, we tried this model. The build quality is great (made in S Korea). Inverter cooking is superior to quick cooking and the inverter reduces power evenly (versus on/off on regular models). Sensor cooking and Power Level cooking work flawless. The beep is gentle to the ear, not annoying like in other models (I would normally turn it off but it is not annoying and I have not found an easy way to turn it off). Excellent product and I would highly recommend it.

    Good Microwave

    Seems to heat well. I've pulled bags of popcorn prior to the end of the heating cycle as few kernels were popping and I didn't want it to burn. Outside of that, works very nicely - just make sure if using the sensor heating, that the correct option is chosen - reheat or cook - that was my error.
