Had to disengage child lock 2nd Big issue it does NOT properly cook. 3rdthe keypad is a nightmare. Hard to see “buttons”. Difficult to engage, yet can’t clean keypad without triggering numbers

The door felt flimsy and not a good quality. The design did not lend too easy use. Returned the microwave and bought a different brand
