    It makes so much noise! It is loud and odd as if there is a motor arracged to it. I kept it only cause it was a need.

    Within a week of use it smokes constantly no matter what is cooked. And the controls are totally unreliable once you hit one button it will not let you change category

    Door was misaligned and the second time I tried to use it, it started smoking. It burned through the coating on the door

    The item arrived with damaged and Saler said they will sent someone to pick up but not until now poor service is not good at all

    The LG microwave had an odd noise in addition to the normal microwave noise. We didn't like that we had to press down two buttons to open the door.

    This was a gift from my daughter. After having returned another product (well known brand name, made in China) multiple times, we tried this model. The build quality is great (made in S Korea). Inverter cooking is superior to quick cooking and the inverter reduces power evenly (versus on/off on regular models). Sensor cooking and Power Level cooking work flawless. The beep is gentle to the ear, not annoying like in other models (I would normally turn it off but it is not annoying and I have not found an easy way to turn it off). Excellent product and I would highly recommend it.

    Seems to heat well. I've pulled bags of popcorn prior to the end of the heating cycle as few kernels were popping and I didn't want it to burn. Outside of that, works very nicely - just make sure if using the sensor heating, that the correct option is chosen - reheat or cook - that was my error.

    Thinking of buying for myself use at work

    Thinking of buying this for my house i use it at work to heat my food rather it be left overs or a frozen meal youd think it was cooked in an oven and you can actually follow the instructions on the frozen meals and it comes out great beware though it does heat things very fast

    I saw other reviews about food smoking while cooking and complaints about the smell before I purchased this item but rode off the reviews since I liked the look of this microwave in my kitchen and it was hard to find a microwave that fit in my little countertop space. I elected to purchase anyways and man, they were right!!! This microwave smells HORRIBLE! I’m concerned about the smell to where I’m scared to use the microwave to cook my food. Something is not right. Whatever you cook, smokes a lot. That’s scary!

    Watch out - Product Specifications Differ From Box

    Product specifications on site state microwave is 1250W. Verified wattage with Best Buy customer service when ordered microwave . Picked up microwave at store. Box stated 1200W. Contacted Best Buy regarding issue. Best Buy employees stated manufacturer supplies information to website. Best Buy should confirm product specifications are correct before information is on Best Buy site and immediately revise information if it is incorrect. Disappointed with experience.

    Bestbuy sucks

    Best buy sucks with their customer service. The item I purchased had a mechanical issue when I took to store they opened the items from the box and called the manager because there was a small scratch on the item. They refused to refund and didn't even help box the item.

    Looks slick and buttons are nice but it was LOUD and rattling. Also it nuked stuff quick but sometimes not for the better. Be careful with sensitive products. Ended up returning it; wasn't for us

    LG is horrible

    Any LG Microwave that has the open button flush like this one breaks within 2 years. I am on my second microwave (I thought the first was a fluke) this model and again it broke. LG should be taxed for creating horrible products that end up at the dump.
