I had a KitchenAid and it malfunctioned after 2 years; I spent a lot of money for microwave it was not a good product but this microwave was very reasonable.

It is actually quite ridiculous that it should make noises like that, considering it is not a cheap microwave. As best I can tell, it has to do with the too loose fit of the turntable on the turntable coupler and the roller ring. It is all far too loose. The other issue that I am having is that in spite of a vent on the side, when cooking, steam is forced out of the bottom right corner of the door. Though I have the microwave sitting on a granite countertop, anyone with wood might noticed some staining over time. It really is a shame because I like all of the other features it has. It cooks evenly, the buttons are nice, and I like the button press, start, and stop sounds that it makes a lot more than my old GE microwave. The insides are well lit and it is easy to watch my food cook. But for the price, the noise it makes is inexcusable and it is going to have to go back to Best Buy.

For the rattling turntable, try removing the glass tray, roller ring, and coupler, then clean and reseat them. Even small debris or misalignment can cause noise. Ensure the roller ring is centered and not worn to help reduce rattling.
Regarding steam escaping near the door, some condensation is normal, but if excessive, check that the door seal is clean. Regularly wipe the gasket and door edges to improve the seal.
