    1st issue. Had to disengage child lock 2nd Big issue it does NOT properly cook. 3rdthe keypad is a nightmare. Hard to see “buttons”. Difficult to engage, yet can’t clean keypad without triggering numbers

    This review is for an open box microwave at Best Buy described as, "like new". It was not like new. There were dents inside, including a deforming of the grid on the door. Under the right lighting, this is visible from outside the glass door. The microwave performs fine, but its appearance did not match the description.
