This microwave perfectly helped replace the old microwave, and even fit in the built-in location (photo of where I set it up). No issues at all after using it a lot in the last month.

Easy to use and, no unnecessary buttons. I like the clean look and goes nicely with the other appliances.

I really like this microwave mainly because of the looks. Only gave 4 stars because the back panel rattled until I added some shelf grip liner between the two metal pieces.

This is the best performing microwave I have had in years .. good quality product… as alll the lg appliances I have in the past 14 years have been outstanding

DISAPPOINTED! My wife & I loved the 0.9 cu ft model; but wanted to upsize. This model does NOT have all the same features as our previous model: 1. Color/Finish: the ONLY thing stainless steel on this model is a small 1-1/2” band across the bottom front! 98% of the microwave is BLACK! It does NOT match all our other stainless steel appliances! 2. The “done” melody: our previous model played a wonderful melody letting you know the cooking was done. This model only has a quick 2-note tone. 3. 1-Touch Speed Start: This model does NOT have the quick 1, 2, 3, etc up to 9 minute quick start! It only has a 30-second quick start each time you press the start button (which the 0.9 cu ft model also had). Additionally, the 0.9 cu ft model had a sliding time bar where pressing the + button allowed you to add 10 seconds for each press, to your cook time. This model dosn’t have that feature!

I barely use this microwave and it broke down in 1 month, worst appliance I’ve bought in ny entire life I don’t even want to get it repaired, if possible I want my money back!

Our built in Whirlpool microwave died suddenly after 19 years. Not a bad lifetime. However, when we went to replace it, we discovered that it and the cabinet enclosure built for it were a non-standard size and small to boot. Also, it was hardwired. Not being electricians, we would have doubled our replacement cost by having to hire an electrician. This LG microwave currently is at the top of Consumer Reports' list. Price is very reasonable for this size of oven. And replacing a built-in with a countertop model is half as costly for us, since we don't need to hire an electrician. Its only major drawback is that it takes up a sizeable chunk of countertop space. The microwave operation is conventional and intuitive (although it always is helpful to review the guide for more subtle features). Noise level is modest, which is a big plus. Some reviewers complain about the chimes, but they are not loud and strike us as pleasant and relatively unobtrusive. The microwave is a bit more powerful than our older model, so we are finding that we need to reduce the cooking times that we are used to just a little bit (which is a plus). The sensor cooking, however, does not work optimally and tends to overcook. However, our experience with it is limited at this point, so it may only be certain foods for which this is a problem. If appearance is important, this microwave looks very sleek.

Great microwave, easy to set up and use. heats up food very well. I like the safety child lock that prevents the door being open by kids or accident. The only thing i did not like was that the display is not lit up other than the clock, so it makes it difficult to see to see the buttons when oven is on a counter that does not have light.

Larger, simpler and more elegant than I expected, this microwave oven exceeded my expectations in every practical way some ways that feel bespoke or customized just for me ... like the 24hour clock option that happens to tickle my fancy, and the cool ways to cook stuff that are simpler and even more user-friendly than was true the last time I bought a microwave. The DONE chime could be louder or I could shut up and listen for it. End quibble.

I love this microwave it was a wonderful replacement for my old LG. It works great and doesn't have that same annoying microwave beep noise. It also has child safety latch but you can turn off and on as needed. It looks modern and fits in great to the kitchen. I recommend it.

Works good. It’s a little loud at first but you get used to it. Has good power and cooks well. Decently easy to clean. Do like that it’s childproof, and the setting to remove it is easy. Touch screen can be hit or miss sometimes, but our family is overall satisfied.

Good price on a larger microwave that fit perfectly on our space. The quality and performance have been similar to our older model, and the new features have been a bonus.
