It works really well, but honestly I only ever use the timed cook instead of any presets. I think when I read other reviews people were saying the buttons were hard to press, but the buttons seem to be touch sensitive almost, you just need to keep your finger on the button for a moment until you hear a beep.

I use this microwave 3-6 times a day. This is a superior microwave. It is sturdy. dependable for high use. I like all the bells and whistles it has, sensor cooking. I have bought this model/ size etc 3 times now. This unit can take high use, Recommended for anyone.

I dislike the the 2 finger open but like that with a screwdriver you can disarm that function. I wish the clock didnt time out and have to be reset every time you want to see it.
