I like this microwave a lot. Better than my old one.

Works just as advertised. The 30 sec timer is a great shortcut. Having to add time in 1 sec. increments is both helpful and inefficient at the same time.

Purchased this new in November 2025. It worked great over the previous two months. Food seemed to cook more quickly than my old Magic Chef. Just today it stopped heating as if the magnetron has died. I opened a warranty claim with LG and am waiting for a call from the Returns Department.

It has performed well so far. It took a little time learning how the controls worked. We bought our last microwave in 1988.

It is quite loud, louder when running than any other microwave we have ever had. And we have had several LG microwaves and our other appliances are also LG.

The only thing I don’t like is that the child can easily unlock the microwave to start it by a hard press on the stop button my grandson is 18 months and I watched him unlock it now he’s trying to see if he can get the door open on it

It’s very good but a bit difficult to get adjusted to. I think it could be easier to work with. You can’t get past sitting down with the manual to get it going.

My new microwave is working well. I like the darker inside gray color. Also the childproof closure.

The sensor cooking is awesome! I use it every day.

I am strongly recommended this microwave with sensor cooking.

Has everything I need, and a smart sensor function that actually works well. Popcorn button is just right also. Smart reheat also. All in all, quite pleased.

I had a rough start with this product because I had to take one back but with the new one that I got I absolutely love it!! I have had a lot of success with LG products. I really recommend it!!

It’s not particularly quiet and I find the buttons too hard to push . I hate the dark interior but it was the only one that fit an existing space .

Have had the microwave for a couple months now. Powerful microwave. Only issue is that the carousel rattles a little bit.

Have not used much but the child safety button is annoying

It's was a nice microwave when it worked. Unfortunately it didn't last. After 3 months of owning it and it being used occasionally it stopped heating food completely. I called BB since I had the total membership that covers it for 2 years. They told me they would do nothing for me since it was under the manufacturer warranty. I went to LG for repair service, much can be said for how poor the customer service. After many back and forth communications with phone calls and emails with pictures they decided to send me a new one. That whole process took roughly a month. New one came in and worked well. Fast-forward 8 months, late at night the glass on the microwave door shattered. Not sure how since everyone was asleep. I'm outside of LG warranty. So I called BB total protection. They had me set up a appointment in store. They proceeded to tell me there is zero they can do. They don't repair small appliances in store and they don't have anyone outside that does. Ok so what is the point on the protection? Don't buy from BB thinking it protected, it's not.

Should have lighted buttons, cannot see them very well.

One of the best microwave 30s to warm any plate from the day before is awesome

Panel very low lighting which isn’t desirable. Also when you use sensor reheat if you use liquid setting it will boil on occasion also undesirable. Not my favorite microwave.
