    The door would not operate properly enclosed properly, and also the child lock on the side did not work well. The door felt flimsy and not a good quality. The design did not lend too easy use. Returned the microwave and bought a different brand

    We replaced a twelve year old GE Profile 2 cu ft unit. So far we’re impressed with the LG. It’s lighter and looks nicer too

  • Blows Circuit Breaker!

    1st microwave was tripping my circuit breaker where the old one never did. Returned to Best Buy. 2nd unit same thing tripped the breaker. Now I begin troubleshooting. I have a 20a breaker and dedicated single 20a outlet. Switched the microwave breaker with known good 20a breaker, again tripped the breaker when using the microwave. Replaced outlet thinking maybe worn out but only five years old, tripped breaker again. Tried another outlet and breaker trips. The only time microwave will not trip a breaker is if it is used at less than 100% power. Why would a Manufacturer design a product that cannot be used at its maximum power is beyond me. It's too bad this microwave doesn't live up to itself because it complements my other LG appliances nicely. I guess its off to my nearest BestBuy an hour and 30 minutes away for another return.
