However, I cant use it. Every time I have gone to ise it, it trips the breaker. Not just sometimes, but EVERY. TIME. I would exchange if I could, but i didn’t find out this would happen until I could no longer return it (bought new appliances for a house that was being built). Now I have to buy another microwave and eat a $200 charge for this one.

The unit stopped heating food after two weeks and it was literally hotter on the outside while "cooking"! I know there can be lemons but this was the first time a microwave died like this. It was replacing my Kenmore that I had for 12+ years. Also the buttons are hard to see if the kitchen it not well lit.

The exact same model was purchased prior and it runs spot on and is excellent. Disappointed that QC let one escape their attention as we have other LG products that operate flawlessly. My total tech membership was a real asset as the return and refund was handled with the utmost professionalism and customer courtesy by Best Buy. I’m still left wondering do I try and buy another LG Microwave or opt for a different manufacturer. Just not in the habit of returning purchases.
