This microwave was exactly what I was looking for. Powerful and full of features.

I replaced another LG microwave I've had for about 6 years, matching it as closely as possible. This one has some minor problems.. The light bulb is loose inside its compartment and so sometimes goes on and sometimes doesn't. I contacte LG company by phone and after an hour on the phone the representative didn't help at all as to what to do or how to fix the light. I stopped the call and left my phone number and email but haven't heard anything from the customer service except that there is nothing in the manual as to how to access it, which I already had found out. It also has numbers on the panel on a background with little contrast and no light so that they are hard to see. So far it functions fine otherwise.

Great microwave but the panel where the numbers are need to have lights. Can't see the numbers without using a flashlight. Clock /timer has light but not the main panel.

Great product beautiful stainless cleans well and is easy to use. Good but for the price

It's big enough for all meals and it's very easy to use. Has a lot of options also.

...and a year from now, I might give 5 stars. Easy to use and seems well-set up for more complex operations, if I wanted to. I now have four products made by LG: TV for several years, computer monitor, smart phone and microwave. All work well. Oh, AC too.

Does everything I would expect from a microwave and has plenty of room for everything we need. So far it works well and haven't had any issues with spot heating or overheating. The soften butter button is cool. Its pretty large especially compared to the old microwave it replaces. It also has a power saving function that essentially shuts the system off to keep it from being a power vampire.

The microwave works great! Good size to fit larger dishes in. Easy to clean!

Nice looking machine, just don't put anything on top, makes a rattling noise if you do.

very nice microwave, easy to use, fit my budget, got the stainless steel model.

Overall, the microwave is good. It was half the price of the one it is replacing, and we can tell a difference. No problems with it, however, when you shut the door, it sounds a little tinnie. Not as solid as our previous one, but great for the price.

I intended to buy a Kitchen-Aid as before, but 40 reviews that I read of the large volume listed persuaded me to try the LG. It has the performance features I wanted at half the price. I am very satisfied with my purchase, as I always am at Best Buy/Pacific Sales.

This review is of my second LG LCRT1513ST. First one was bought at BB and lasted over a year before it completely died. Problem was, it worked great before that. I am taking a chance on this second one. When it works, it is great. When it doesn't, its and anchor.

I wanted a high power microwave in a smaller package. This is a high quality device.

Spur of the moment purchase after our old one quit warming all of a sudden after 3 years. Two weeks after purchase, so far so good, no complaints in regards to heating and/or functionality. My only true complaint is in regards to the keypad visibility at night. I read other reviews and was aware of the issue beforehand but also found that many other brands have similiar issues themselves so nothing we can do about it. Cosmetically speaking only the front is stainless steel, so if you are concerned wanting stainless steel all the way around, you may want to view in person. Top and sides are a grayish color that I really don't care for but overlook because I only want it to warm food on demand.

We don't do any serious cooking in our microwave, so when the one that came with the house finally gave up the ghost, we didn't want to spend too much to replace it. This microwave was the perfect replacement - inexpensive, and it does what we need without all the unnecessary bells and whistles. We've had this one for almost a year now, and have no complaints.
