After buying cheaper brands for years we decided to go with better reviews and purchased our first LG microwave six years ago. It broke down in the same age span as the cheaper ones did. Although this model does contain quicker menu's, we chose to remain with the same model,but having issues with another LG product, we wonder if LG's reputation is not what it is made out to be. The new microwave is performing well,but the black and stainless steel model makes hitting the right buttons difficult. Black on black keyboard is not the best. Wonder now if this model will only last 6 years like the last one

Bought this as an emergency replacement for our over-stove unit when it stopped working. We used it as our main micro for 2 weeks while waiting for the over-stove replacement to arrive. Did every thing we asked of it quite competently. It will now take up residence in my man cave.

Microwave heats foods quickly. Controls easy to program. Can enter time, then power to run. Touchpad has dark lettering and number, making it a little hard to read.

This is a great microwave. I read some reviews about people having problems seeing or pressing the buttons, but no problems here. It's easy to use the quick heat button, it's easy to keep clean, and it's quieter than I expected it to be. Quieter is always a plus!

My only regret is that it was silver not black. He loves it and said it is east to clean and that it has ever thing he had ask for. He love that it also has a kitchen timer.

I really like the LG microwave I bought at BB. I has good features such as turning off the light if I leave the door open, and beeps a few times after my item is cooked to let me know to go take it out, (even a few minutes later). Easy to clean, easy to use!

Design matched exactly the unit being replaced (Kitchen Aid). Easy to operate, powerful.

I really loved the look of this microwave. Once I used it I loved it. Heats our food up very fast and is very easy to use and very easy for the kids to use. I love how easy it is to clean all I have to do it spray it and wipe it out, I very good microwave

Very spacious! Love that the back is curved, i don't have to worry about the back wall stopping a plate from fully rotating. The only problem I've came across is that it burns my popcorn when I put the recommended time on the box, and if I put less time not all my popcorn gets popped it's quite frustrating But whatever!

I have this microwave for almost a month now and I like it. It's more quiet than my old one but still hearing the noise while we're talking and using it.

We have used this for a few weeks now and it works great with no issues up to this point. From microwaving vegetables to melting chocolate, this product does it's job!

We purchased this microwave as a second one in the kitchen... It's the perfect size on the countertop, it's attractive, the touchscreen is clear and easy to read..

After looking at many microwaves, decided to go with this model and glad I did. This microwave does a great job and the food is evenly heated, and it's easy to operate. When finished if you don't remove the item immediately, there is a reminder chime.

This is the nicest looking oven I have ever had. It is also the best one because it heats/ cooks the fastest and most evenly of all the ovens I've had.

I love how easy it is to clean and spacious it is on the inside with out taking too much space. I like the sensesory programs. I can put left overs from freezer in with out guessing how long to put it in there are steam sensors that keep track of it.

Met all expectations for a full size microwave. Our family is large so we are always reheating food and this works well for doing large amounts at the same time.

This microwave Looks great next to my white LG fridge in my new man cave. It meets all my needs and saves me from those trips upstairs to my kitchen.

I bought this when I found Best Buy was out of the one I really wanted and it would take many days before it was available. his one had features I could use, had the right power level, interior light rotating table, several built in functions and was available in-store. I has worked flawlessly since I bought it but the one I had had pre-programmed keys 1 to 9 to provide 1 to 9 seconds auto on which was useful for warming cat food that had been in the refrigerator. Great quality and the keypad is easy to use and clean. The interior light sure helps see the status of what is cooking.

Only gave it 4 stars because the control panel lettering is dark and hard to read.

We bought this to replace our very old microwave. We've been using it about 6 months now and have absolutely no complaints. We like the interior light (as not all models have them now-a-days) and it's very easy to clean. Would recommend!
