After returning the 2.0 because of the large size, this was exactly a perfect fit for my mom's kitchen. She was so delighted to see this. Her expression was priceless.

This microwave is very handsome, is the perfect size (I bought the larger Studio Series Model, but it was too big to function as a built-in). My only complaint is that it is NOT a Studio Series and lacks the LED lights and built-in installation kit, but other than that this is a great microwave. Fast, full of convenient features and easy to clean.

This is the second one I bought. The first one died when I accidentally ran it for 4minutes with nothing in it. Other than that it works great

Very pleased with my purchase. The only thing I would change is the key pad is dark and if the microwave is in a sunny spot the glare makes it hard to read.

I love the efficiency, it heats my food fast. I can fit a family sized pack of meat inside of it to defrost. I thought I would be worried about fingerprints but not a big issue at all. My biggest issue with this microwave is that the buttons aren't lit. So if the lights are off or if there is low light in my kitchen I cannot see the buttons. Really really frustrating. Other than that I love the microwave

The LG microwave was purchased to replace one that burned out. I fits in the spot we had the old one seems to work a lot easier than the one it replaced.

Just started using our new LG microwave. Performs much better than our previous microwave with the same wattage. Cooks/heats evenly and is also much quieter during use.

Heats quicker than our old one. The rounded inside allows for larger plates than you would think. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is that in poor lighting you can not see the key pad. Besides that, it has many bells and whistles that are easy to use!
