It was time to replace our old microwave, and this one worked out great. We have a built in opening in the cabinets so we had to find a unit that would fit. Most units are huge now, but this fit our needs perfectly, without losing the higher power rating we wanted. Stainless is easy to clean, and it comes with the protective plastic covering so you won't find a scratched finish. Make sure you peel off the plastic covering.

The door is a bit clunky and oven operates a little loudly.

Nice size, nice looks. Finally a micro that doesn't burn popcorn, even on sensor cook. Sensor works great for defrosting also. Nice feature, if you put something in and forget (like coffee to rewarm) the micro beeps every few minutes to remind you!

I need to replace a broken Kenmore microwave and wanted to replace it with one that was about the same size and with similar features. This LG microwave fits the bill. It is a perfect size for my family, and has some nice features like: - "add 30 seconds" button (though I'd prefer an "add 1 minute"button) - convenient defrost options - options to melt and soften - turntable I don't especially like the silver color (I prefer black) but it was on sale for less than the black model.

Works good, very easy to use. Had no problem using it.

This microwave has more room than my last one, seems more durable, and I think it will last much longer. Thank you Best Buy!

We have had this for about a month and we are real pleased with it. LG makes a good product. It looks real good on the countertop!

Very disappointed in product. This has to be the loudest microwave I have ever owned -- and I don't consider it to be cheap. Makes me wonder if it is going to hold up. Would be nice if there was warm cycle , but that is my fault for not buying that specific feature.

We built a new home and had a shelf in the upper cabinet for a microwave. The dimensions said the opening was 24". However, when we went to put the microwave in it was 1/2" narrower and our original selection wouldn't fit. We exchanged the original LG for this model LG and it does everything that we need. We tried the Soften feature last night on butter. It was straight from the fridge and the soften feature helped without melting it. We mostly reheat food in it, so it doesn't really need a lot of features for us.

Works great and easy to use. I like the roominess inside with the rounded shape rather then rectangular! Nice looking
