Large than expected, and that's a good thing. This "mid-size" is more than big enough for a family.

I've had this now for a month and it has done exactly what it's needed. Cook times are exactly as expected and food comes out nicely. The only pre-programmed function I've used and can report in is popcorn (I've always found this a simple baseline test) and it works great.

Bought my Montgomery Wards microwave in 1978, had to finally go out and get it's replacement. This one is a bit smaller but fits well on the counter. I was really impressed with the auto veggie setting. Vegetables (regardless of amount or type) came out hot and crispy. Still keep the manual handy, but so so good. One drawback might be the difficulty reading the panel in low light situations, but if the lights are on, no problem

My wife and I originally took a chance on a Magic Chef microwave at Home Depot during a black friday sale. We took it back within 2 days because it overcooked everything. This microwave has been fine and cooks popcorn fine without overheating or burning. Overall, I'm satisfied.
