works fine but the open button and the close latch are very noisy. also inside is black, makes it hard to see if it is completely clean

This is our second microwave like this, works great has a good capacity. Good run of mill unit, wife loves it and it cooks most things better than I expect and no burned popcorn which is a plus.

Decent microwave for the money. The sleek stainless steel exterior is very nice looking, however the dark interior is somewhat odd but it grows on you. Overall it is a good buy.

I wanted a smaller one but my son was insistent on getting a larger one and I am glad we got this size. Not too big or too small. It can handle most cooking jobs and it looks nice.

Large size counter-top microwave at fair price. Heats large quantities of food rapidly, better than my former built-in GE microwave. Cleans up easily and keypad is easy to use.

I bought a this microwave in white, because my last one was stainless steel-always had finger print marks. My last microwave was also a convection oven-I don't miss it at all.

this was an easy purchase at best buy. the sales person was helpful and informative. we haven't used the microwave yet, as we are renovating our kitchen and haven't gotten to the microwave!

The quality, look, functionality, and quietness of this microwave should be noticed, and especially for the price that Best Buy has it at. Could not find a better deal from any other reputable store. I love it. More quiet than my Panasonic and the Samsung that I once had. No problems yet..

number panel very hard to read door does not open wide enough

Everything is good about this microwave. I just have one issue with it. The turn table makes a lot of noise when in use. sounds like a grinding wheel. over all its a good product.

I searched all over for a microwave that had good reviews and would fit it the space I needed- I am very happy with my purchase and have no complaints. I have owned it for 2 months

Loving the new microwave so far. I do miss the "sensor reheat" option from my previous microwave to reheat a plate of food, but other than that it has performed well!

The microwave is nice but the keypad is awful. In low light the number pad is impossible to see. Leaves a lot to be desired.

Like everything about this microwave but really wish the buttons and numbers were backlit for use in low light situations, like trying to warm up a cup of coffee early in the morning.

1 touch start, lighted cavity, easy open door, heats thoroughly, carousel stays in place (not like some that get out of the groove when barely touched) no nosier than any other microwave. I am glad I chose this microwave.

Samsung is always a good product in my household. The one we had before this one lasted for almost seven years and two cross country moves.

I've never gone wrong with a L G purchase and this is no different. Love the curved interior as opposed to square inside corners, much easier to clean. Would buy again.

Great product! Coming from my previous 17 year old microwave this is a huge improvement. The preset buttons work well. It reheats food evening. The popcorn button is pretty good but I have found that it works better just to manually pop the popcorn instead of using the preset key.

Okay well this beast of an microwave is super roomy first off. This thing can "sense" when your food is done cooking which is super neat. The only one I have a problem with is cooking a baked potato 90% of the time it's cooked but sometimes it's not. Just depends on the size...

The LG microwave has an easy to use keypad. However,The best feature is the easy clean interior design. Other microwaves that I've had were difficult to clean, spaghetti explode, the food would find places impossible to clean. My LG makes cleaning a breeze..
