Happy with the microwave. Had initially bought the 1.2L version of it and had to return it due to quality issues, but the 1.5L version I replaced it with is working fine.

Its a microwave with lots of functions but really I only got because it looks nice in stainless steel and has a very good capacity to hold and heat lots of things. Heats things nicely and quickly. After going through so many cheap ones, this one should hold on for awhile

Went from a microwave that was too small to this. It has great room and is easy to use.

The microwave works good, but I really dislike the buttons. The buttons are hard to see because they are black and are not backlit.

Works great and this was the best looking stainless steel microwave that looks good near stainless fridge. Quality and look of finish was reason for purchase.

We purchased it to replace one that died. The one we brought home made a grinding noise when in use unlike the previous one. After a few weeks use with it never sounding better we exchanged it for another one just like it. This one is quiet, does not grind when the plate turns and does a wonderful job. The programming seems easier than our previous LG. We like this size as it fits in the built in space we have for one

My previous microwave oven was the exact same brand and model. I bought it from Best Buy and it broke down after 11 months. Luckily, it was covered under the original one (1) year LG manufacturer's warranty. The downside was that the LG warranty process was cumbersome and lengthy. I should have originally bought the Geek Squad no hassle product protection plan. This microwave is so-so. The touch pad panel is dark and hard to read. The jury is still out on the replacement. At least I bought the Geek Squad product protection plan this time around. To show you the difference in quality of manufacturing now, we got our first microwave oven, an Amana Radar Range, in 1975. It lasted for over 35 years with one repair during that time! The repair technician informed us that our microwave oven was built like a tank. They don't make them like that anymore.

This microwave is as good or better than other micrwaves I have owned. I needed a smaller microwave for the intended space. Its performance is great. I am very happy with LG.

Product works great. The buttons need back light or they need to be brighter. Quite compared to previous microwave.

All is good with this microwave. No complains from the wife. I use the popcorn button for perfect popcorn. Just place the bag in the microwave push the pop corn button and the sensor automatically adjusts the cook time for a perfect bag every time.

Bought This Microwave To Use On Our Countertop Since We Already Have An Exhaust Vent Installed Above Our Stove. It Is Very Powerful And Has Tons Of Space To Fit Most Dishes.

A very nice looking appliance. Has a roomy interior for being a bit smaller. Needed to replace my GE because the door started rusting and vowed to not buy another GE. Perfect size. The number panel blends in but since this is higher up for us no problems reading it. Light turns on when open and it has a reminder beep if you leave something in it. The only difference is that it doesn't heat as fast as my old one.

The light grey print on black background could not be read unless my strongest lights were on in the kitchen. Further the microwave made a much louder noise when working than my previous model and also seemed to vibrate. I returned the model. I was sad to do so because I like the white color and the rounded interior.

It's a good microwave, I needed something that was a very specific size I didn't really care about options. The defrost works really well without cooking your food.

This microwave was purchased to replace a different brand we bought only two years ago that quit working. The LG we bought appears well built and looks great on the countertop. I would recommend this product to a friend.. Perfect size for everyday use.
