This is a very good microwave for the price.I wish the keypad was easier to see.

Not really anything overly astonishing about it. Nice capacity for its size. The sensor cooking is a neat feature. Best feature was the price compared to similar microwaves. It does what we need it to do, and we haven't had any issues so far.

size & functions are good but it is LOUD.... would recommend it.

We like the new microwave. My only criticism is that the touchpad is not very bright -- there's very little contrast with the background which makes it hard to see. We shine a small flashlight on the touchpad so we can see what we're pressing. We're just hoping it doesn't suddenly stop working after a year's use, like the LG microwave we had previously.

Young male sales associate helped us pick out this appliance by recommending it for pop tarts, ramen noodles, and TV dinners. We had a good laugh at his culinary vision, and bought his recommendation. No high sales bull here!

We really needed a microwave quickly and read some online reviews. We chose this for its functionality and inexpensive price. It's perfect for our needs as we rush from one thing to another. The settings are helpful also.

The microwave was purchased to replace a circa 2004 Whirlpool Microwave that developed a broken door release button. It is of course more technologically advanced than one made 11 years prior. It works fine, and is easy to operate. It I were to make an improvement recommendation, I would backlight the touch screen. It is very hard to see in low light.

Most reviews knock this microwave for hard to read buttons. That may be a slight issue, but not enough to take away from everything else great about the microwave, especially the sizeable capacity given the reasonable cost.

Great microwave and extremely easy to use. Lots of one push button options. Also, the beeping turns off when you open it which is nice especially in the morning if people are sleeping. Our old microwave would keeping beeping until no matter when you opened it. Also, if you forget what you put in this microwave, it will continue to beep once or twice every minute as a reminder so you don't forget you have something in there.

This microwave looks and runs great, and has nice capacity. However, I find it very noisy.

High powered unit with many nice keypad input features. Hottest unit I have owned to date and is also nice to have. Easy clean inside is an added bonus.

Love the interior color. Some functions, still not working, even after following instruction booklet.. I.e.. Melting butter button

Very fast cooking. Intuitive -ie "frozen vegetables"...cooks until done Only complaint-not really a complaint as it is more user error-I set the kitchen timer and every time hit stop rather than start...hand just wants to go left

I have no complaints with the general function of this microwave, but there should have been more contrast on the buttons to make them easier to read at a glance. I bought this for my 65-70 year old parents and they have to get right down in front of it to see what they're doing. The auto functions are a bit clunky in some cases too. Not intuitive like even the 15 year old microwave that it replaced.

Microwave is good, opening button is soft and not hard to press like other brands. Does not have a 30 second feature like most though.

Pros: Large capacity, quiet operation. Love that I can set something to cook at different power levels in one setting. Cons: The panel is dark making it somewhat difficult to read. It is a bit hard to push the keys.

Good features but not very quiet. Would be more useable if inside was white and not black.

My only hopes that I could have goten this in black stainless to amtch all other appliances in the kitchen ....but the stainless dd not clash too badly.....only the 2.0 had black SS but it was too large for my cabinet
