Just started using it, no problems so far.

It is located on a shelf above the counter and the dimensions were important. I really like the rounded corners that make cleaning it much easier. The size is very adequate to handle anything I will be cooking or heating in it.

Great microwave for the money

So far after a month, zero problems and evenly cooked food everytime. The only problem is the plastic cling to protect the outside is very difficult to remove.

Keypad is cumbersome

Nothing else was wrong. Hubby had fixed it several times. We do lots of quick reheats and have a definite need for it. We specifically avoided a Panasonic this time and are very satisfied with the features, ease of use, easy to clean.
