    We are returning it makes a very loud and strange power up and then power down sound as it cooks sounds erratic and like isn't working correctly.

    Really enjoyed the aesthetics and the daily normal use (heating up milk in the morning for coffee, warming leftovers at night) and then one day the light doesn't turn on when we opened the microwave door. Called customer service and was told the unit is basically dead. My guess there was a power surge and burned out one of the components but given everything else in the house was fine it made me felt that this was more of a quality issue. Very disappointing given I paid $189.99 for something that lasted right after warranty expired.

    I am very satisfied with the microwave because it offers a variety of cooking options and settings. It is also tall enough for me to heat my 20 ounce cup of Starbucks coffee without hitting the top of the oven and spilling some of the coffee!!
