    This microwave was just the right size to replace our old one. The stainless looks great. Cooking is easy and true. Haven't had any spill overs either...cooks evenly. Very satisfied so far...purchased 6 weeks ago.

    Only one thing we don't like about this item is a dark, unlit operating panel. Very small printing and hard to see. All else is great

    Read many of the reviews before purchasing this microwave. Many said that it was hard to read the keypad but we did not find this to be true for us. It cooks things well and we are happy with our purchase.

    I was not happy to learn Best Buy charged $10 above mfg. suggested retail price. When I went back to talk to mgr, I saw it was on sale for $20 off, so I did a price match, rather than take time to complain. This is Best Buy issue, not microwave. I am a basic microwave user, so this meets my needs and does popcorn well. I've only had about one month, so really no need yet for easy clean feature. I am surprised at the lack of back light on panel for a higher priced model. The stainless surface does fingerprint easily.
