The numbers on keypad are very hard to see in a dimly lit room. back lighted keypad would have been perfect. Other than than it performs well.

Great Counter-top Microwave

Plenty of power for all uses....if you have counter-top space it is a good unit. The only negative we have is the lack of a back-light on the control panel.

Worst buy ever

Works just like a microwave should

It heats everything evenly and popping popcorn is great. No need to worry about burned bags of popcorn. Somehow this microwave can sense when it's popping and will shut off in time. Enjoying every meal!

havent had it long enough to judge but so far .

Loud and not user friendly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The buttons are all black and the writing on the buttons are all grey so it is very hard to see which button to push. Even in a well lit room you have to bend down and get close to the buttons. I've had to use my label maker to label the buttons so I can use it with more ease but it looks terrible. The other problem is that it's very loud. It has the usual sounds of a microwave and on top of that the turning glass plate on the inside clanks as it turns. Very disappointed.

Sales clerks were recommending Panasonic first, and LG second, and discouraged buying Sharp. I like that the interior light comes on with door open, which the Panasonic did not.
