Let me begin by saying that as always I give the customer service at the Best Buy store a rating of 10. I purchased an LG - 1.5 Cu. Ft. Mid-Size Microwave - Stainless-Steel, Model LG LCRT1513ST. As regarding this product, first of all, it's very very very flimsy. Secondly, it is very difficult to operate because the TouchPad doesn't respond to the scanty and incomplete guides given in the skimpy instructions provided. And, you would expect that the ones printed on the top of the inside microwave cabinet when the door is opened might help. Wrong!!! Would not recommend this product. So disappointed.

Great value and great features. A lot of bang for your buck

Love the microwave. It has just the right amount of wattage and the "popcorn" feature where it auto senses the bag size and adjusts pop time is awesome!! The SS fits in perfectly w/ our appliances.

This is nice for the money. Quiet and powerful. Can run the timer separate from cooking and run both at the same time. I wish it had sensor cooking like our last one. That was an awesome feature.

I bought this based on the reviews on BB. It is a good looking microwave and works well. Only problem is that the buttons are not backlit. Makes them hard to see.

Looks great. Works great. But, the black panel under which the gray control buttons hide should also have raised characters in braille or there should be a magnifying glass holder on the side.

I bought this microwave for my senior mom who is 82. It was difficult for her to see the buttons so it was difficult for her to operate it. I ended up exchanging it for another Make (Frigidaire) that is easier for her to see the buttons and use. When I went in for a replacement and I showed the salesperson the LG floor model (same make and model) I was exchanging, she agreed that it was hard to see and read.

Very nice looking and easy to use. Only area that can be improved is the print of the keypad. The print is harder to read at mid to low light levels.

We have ours mounted below the counter and we find it a little hard to read the buttons. It also shows finger prints all the time. Overall though, a great value and works as we expected.

I like everything about this microwave except for one thing. The display does not illuminate which makes it a bit difficult to enter your time for cooking, etc. Especially at night.

Couldn't be any happier with this microwave. I gave it 4 stars only because I had to return the first one I bought as being defective. Since replacing it I haven't had any issues.

This unit is well built and runs quietly however the preset cooking functions leave the food either over cooked or undercooked and therefore are useless. I like to power saver feature.

It's a nice mid-sized microwave with plenty of power and features. Looks good in the kitchen and is priced right!

Almost perfect! one little thing, which I have spoken with LG customer service about--function button panel print is very light, hard to see sometimes, but I knew this before I bought it.

Is so difficult to be able to set the time to use be small white in black. This area should be lit up so one could read it w/o turning the light on. Should be similar to the clock light tho I know would be smaller. I have made these comments to people who have noticed the new microwave and ask how I like it. My response I don't like it and would never buy another one like this one and don't you buy one at Best Buy.

The only complaint I have is that the number pad is too hard to read without the lights on. Needs to be bolder. Otherwise it is working fine and better than my old microwave.

I really like this microwave. It is almost the same as my last microwave, except it has a gray interior, which doesn't show any marks. The only drawback is that the display screen is black and the instructions or commands don't show up as well as they did on a white screen.

This microwave does everything it needs to do except light the buttons. No lights makes it hard to get something going in low light. I love everything else about the unit.
