Current microwave had burnt out, looked for a good replacement. I have owned LG products and they are made solid. This model comes with all the features , preprogrammed cooking for a lot of foods. Learning the feature controls takes no time to do. Love the popcorn feature.

Bought it for our warehouse had a dent so got a great deal. But it is used on a daily basis by up to 10 men and works great. Glad I made this purchase

The microwave operates well but for 1100 W it takes too long to heat a couple water. has a 30 second quick start button would like a one minute quick start button.

I bought this for my mother who is 91. It seemed to have great features. But when I got it home, and took it out of the box, I discovered the control panel is nearly unreadable. I'm a professional photographer, so my eyes with the help of glasses are pretty good. Light in the kitchen is just fine. At first I thought, there has to be a backlight to this and I'm just not seeing the control to turn it on. So I called their tech support. To my amazement they said there is no way to make it more visible, and that's how it's designed to work. There is no way anyone in their right mind would find the interface on this microwave to be acceptable. Took it back and bought a Panasonic microwave. It's great and easy to read the panel. ZERO hassle from Best Buy to return it for a full refund within an hour of purchase. Kudos to Best Buy for standing behind what they sell.

Microwave is good quality and works well. I wish we had purchased a smaller model for the size of our kitchen. This is in no way a reflection on the product.

Small footprint but underpowered. Takes a little more time to boil water and such compared to other models. Stainless steel looks great but smudges quickly.

The bad thing is you can't read the numbers they are too dark and it doesn't have instant minutes just 30 sec button.

It fit the space I had from my last one and it seems to work well. What else do there to say. Don't use the popcorn button unless you like burnt popcorn

Works ok so far. I've only used to reheat things. I wish it had a shortcut button for minutes. I have to punch in times, whereas my old microwave had a button for a minute.

This is a good product. It offers a lot of choices in terms of buttons for different foods. It works well and seems reliable.

Bought this microwave as a replacement for my convection/microwave that was in for repairs. I didn't realize how slow my old microwave was until I started using this new one. Cooked food in half the time of my old machine. Really satisfied with this microwave.

Honestly, so far we have not used it for much more than reheating leftovers or defrosting bagels. I cannot say much about the "advanced" features.

Had to get used to the new key sequence, which was different from our old one. It's annoying that the "I'm done" chime keeps sounding until you open the door.

This replaced a decade+ old unit and cooks really fast. Has useful presets and works great. Very spacious to accommodate larger dishes, but not so large it takes up too much space on the countertop.

Controls not easily visible in dim light situation/location. Unit is louder than others I have owned.

Love this microwave! The size for countertop is appropriate, preprogrammed buttons make cooking easy, love the melt and soften features. Price was right too!!

this is a very good microwave. I do recommend it. But i just wish that the buttons were back, lit. Otherwise I would give it a 5 star rating.

The microwave was damaged out of the box with a big dent in the side. I was out of town for a while right after opening it and didn't have time to take it back. The periodic beeping until you remove the item that has been microwaved is an annoyance. I wish it had the quick heat option of pressing "1" for one minute, "2" for two minutes, etc. It heats and defrosts just fine. Unfortunately, the features I would prefer were not available.

Works well. The only negative part is the front panel. The numbers and letters are difficult to see, too dark. They need back lighting.

My old microwave finally died and we needed a replacement fast. Looked a several makes & models. Settled on the LG. Very satisfied with it, only Con would be it's a little hard to read the control settings. Otherwise, it's great!
