    We purchased in March and my April the unit gave up, since we did not purchase the Best Buy warranty we now have to deal directly with LG so far LG is requesting Us to provide proof of purchase and also send proof that we got a new LG microwave so they can send us a refund

    The control pad is very low contrast. Background is black, numbers and settings are light grey. Didn't think much about it in the store where the unit was at eye level but in my kitchen where you look slightly down at the pad you need to bend over to see what you're pressing.

    Everything works well on this microwave. All the food is hot and the defrost function thaws out meat well without overcooking .
