    Good microwave as far as heating, rotating tray does not sit well on rollers so a little noisy. I would still recommend as it heats and looks nice.

    Had to return microwave to store because the black keypad is hard to see.Purchased a different one with a white keypad. Might be a good microwave but poor keypad design.

    I purchased this microwave after reading all good reviews. But unfortunately mine had to be the defective one. I ordered this for the store pickup. For first 10-15 days it worked very well and didn't show any issue. All of a sudden it started making ticking sound which kept getting worse. I took it to the store for exchange but they recommended to get another brand as the person mentioned that the batch that they had could be a faulty one. Oh well. I still think this could be a great microwave.

    A lot of features built-in and we love it. Silly problem, control panel is black on black. Can't see it. Makes it only a 3. Wish we realized it before we bought it.

    I can not comment on how well the unit cooked, because the keypad was so dark I could not see what buttons to push without a flashlight. Poorly designed, to put dark graphics on an even darker background. Should be backlit or have more contrasting colors to see the keypad and functions.
