Heats fast with reasonable noise. The exhaust fan can be noisy but all over the range microwave exhaust fans are loud. easy transaction from BestBuy. In and out of the store in 10 minutes.

Bought this OTR wave to match the LG range I purchased. Install was quite easy with clear instructions and templates. The microwave works as advertised, and the only quibble I've had so far is that the turntable squeaks sometimes during operation (seems to be the wheels on the plastic ring under the glass platter). I don't know if this can be lubricated in some way to resolve the issue, but it comes and goes. Overall, it's a nice unit.

this is a good microwave but its just above basic , its warms and cooks great but sometimes its a little noisy other than that its great.

I love my microwave, works great. My last microwave was 32 years old, so this experience will be great. The only thing I don't like is the light that lights up the surface below it is dimmer than my range hood and wish I could do something about that, and continue to look for a solution so I can see my stove top better.

We purchased this over-the-range microwave oven with our Best Buy rewards. Even if we did not have rewards points, we would have purchased it. We are very pleased with the easy to use function of this oven. It has all the features needed for defrosing, melting, softening, baking potatoes, making popcorn, and reheating, plus many more.

A fine basic OTR microwave. I didn't have a lot of clearance over the stove so the shorter height was a plus. It cooks even and consistently. The exhaust fan is very loud, even on low. The stove lights are very dim compared to our range hood. I could probably live with an inch more height in exchange for higher quality exhaust and lighting. Considering the price, I would say this microwave meets expectations from a cooking stand point but is marginal in exterior features.

Like most of the other reviews the fan on this microwave is LOUD. I don't feel the fan even works very good for as LOUD as it is. But it looks good and it cooks things.

so far it was quite a nice deal on the price though open box can make life difficult because it did not come with instructions, manual, or mountain bracket and hardware, so i have to locate those online, but needless to say getting a new microwave was high on our list as our old one was dying hard.

The microwave is the best I've ever had. The team that installed it was just terrific. There were some problems with the way the old microwave had been installed which made putting the new one in quite difficult, but they stuck with it until they solved the problems. I was very impressed with their work.

I have this microwave, and like it, so bought it as a replacement for a family member that needed a new one. He likes it as well. We've had no problems with ours.

Love this microwave. So many settings make things easy. I do wish I had noticed it didn't have a timer otherwise great product.

This is a good size microwave. It works well, my only complaint is the plate seems to not fit exactly and makes a noise when using the microwave. Easy to clean.

the only real problem I had was after install it kept making noise, I kept tightening the mounting screw and over a week or so it has stopped for the most part

Just had it installed in a rental property and so far no complaints. Great value, and the installation guy did a great job. Courteous, fast, and efficient.

the microwave works and looks great. Wish there was one number touch settings but other than that I am loving it.

Ive had my microwave for at least 6 months already and love it. I previously had a very small microwave that took forever to heat things up. This works fast and is huge inside. I almost took it back due to its big size and loss counter space, but I'm so glad I didn't. Would recommend.

The time button is not needed. It should be a timer button. Didn't realize there was not a timer on the microwave until we went to use it.
