I love LG and I love this microwave. It fits my cabinet and it has the power needed to get the job done. and it's pretty to look at.

We were replacing a 17 year old Whirlpool (which still worked fine) and we did it because we upgraded our entire condo-kitchen. I looked at various units in store, and for the $$$ this unit appeared to have all the features we needed. I decided to install it myself, as the install cost was half the unit price itself. If your fairly handy with hand-tools, have a friend (or a strong wife) and can read, it not a bad job. It looks great, ties the kitchen together (especially over the new LG range) and as mentioned does everything promised. I just wish the controls were illuminated for evening use ... without overhead lighting of the kitchen, I just can't see the function buttons.

Reasonably priced and a great replacement for our old tired over the range. My wife loves it and it's very easy to program.

I'm picky but this is ridiculous… this microwave creates a tremendous amount of heat on the surface and does not heat food evenly inside at all. It does not even offer a timer!

This is our second one after the first one stopped working a little over 2 years of moderate use. We bought this one again as it matches the rest of our kitchen appliances, and one thing I noticed was that this one is quite a bit loser than the first one. I don't know if it's the way it was installed or if there's a problem, but it works just fine. We did have some problems at first as we got the microwave with missing parts twice, once even after exchanging it. Won't give it a bad rating cuz it functions properly. We will just have to wait and see if it lasts longer than the last one. Only not recommending it cuz of the number of options out there, but if you really like the style or it matches the other appliances, go for it

Picked up this Microwave on November 8th and its already failed. Wont heat up anything and with a brand new baby in the house its quite frustrating to not be able to quickly heat milk or foods. Submitted repair request with LG and their local repair contractors earliest appointment is 21 days away (I kid you not... 3 weeks!)

great product in my new kitchen. It fits well above my new gas range and I can't be happier about the stainless steel appliances.

We had this microwave from over 2 months. It's very good microwave that not only looks good, but is functional and easy to use. Great vent power that is quiet in both mode. Excellent price at $199.99! I would highly recommend this model over the higher priced ones. It cooks very good.

Looks nice. It could use certain pre-programmed buttons, like beverage heating and reheating. The warning beep is too loud. We bought it on sale and its been good for the price.

It's a great product to purchase for the money i would highly recommend to anyone. I got one for my mom too

Great basic microwave. Don't need frills so this is an attractive, easy-to-use model. Fan made a racket once it was installed. Geek Squad came right out and found that the back panel had been pushed in during install. Once it was straightened out, it's relatively quiet.

Installation paper template was a little bit difficult to follow but got the job done. Works well and looks very nice

With all the features that I wanted; this microwave met all my needs and expectations. Excellent for the price.

We got this microwave to replace a relatively new one that died. We just wanted a plain jane that was stainless steel. Wish we had noticed that it did NOT have a timer. Other than that, it does the job for us

after reviewing many overhead microwaves at much higher prices this was a great bargain. Also has good user ratings.

This has been a great microwave so far and was reasonably priced. Easy to use and great even heating.

We have the refrigerator and stove so we could not pass up the microwave. Matches perfectly and easy to operate.

I reviewed this on line before I purchased it , it's a very good microwave, and was easy to install.

The microwave works great and I like how there is an energy saver option on it if you do not always need the clock on. There is a metal rack that goes in the middle of the microwave that you can use to cook meats and other foods in the microwave. Although I would not use this feature for that purpose but it is nice to store something temporarily to keep warmed up. Overall I am happy with my purchase and the price I paid for it.

Box and description said this microwave had a timer. After installing, we discovered it did not! Were very disappointed, but did not want to remove and reinstall a different one.
