Had the microwave installed and that went well. The microwave is very powerful and cooks the food fast.

The microwave looks great and adds well to the kitchen. However the manual and install instructions have a lot to be desired. The protective film around the stainless steel has left a nasty blue mark while peeling it of. The external vent lid makes a constant metalling rattling when the vent blower is on. The presets are difficult to use and the manual is not much help.

It is a great basic over the range microwave. Easy installation, very quiet and elegant looking. It also matches my samsung fridge.

Needed to replace our over the range microwave and this is a good one for a great price!

Not as many setting as my old microwave. Does a good job on reheating.

Caution on installing top bolts. Strip very easily. do not over tighten. other than that, great product.

Microwave is OK, nothing special, OK for the price. The installation, tho, was poorly done. The microwave rattles when I close the door, very shaky. Carpenter says it should have been hung from the cabinets above, not the wall. I'm going to have to spend more money to have it done over.

Microwave looks sleek, easy install, overall great product. My family was accustomed to a one touch go feature from 1-8 minutes. This product requires additional steps for completion. Or maybe we just haven't explored the entire product yet. Either way, I would buy it again.

This microwave does a decent job for the price. It is a little on the small side, but works well.

For the money I spent this microwave was a good choice. I don't do much more than reheating in a microwave so it fills that need just fine. It looks good. I wish that the light were a little brighter and that the fan were a little more quiet BUT for the money that I spent it was a great value!

Had it for a month, works fine. Can hear a clunking sound when it's operating, sounds like the turntable. The protective film over the stainless is a pain to remove, comes off a tiny fragment at a time, still haven't gotten it all off. Going to try a hairdryer to see if some heat well help.

Must pay more attention while preparing items because of the lack of sensor feature.

We bought to replace the exact model from an appliance set. The replaced microwave quit working after 3 years of use. I thought it would have lasted longer than 3 years; however, we did use it a lot.

Bought this to replace a Frigidaire brand microwave that had a cracked plastic handle and other plastic front parts. This model fit the space, set up quickly and operates without a problem. The stainless steel face should prevent any cracking problems. I'm pleased with the product.

Bought as part of a complete LG set, and it looks beautiful. Any function desired is present. The vent in particular is strong and effective. Love the second shelf to heat more items at once
