    The microwave itself is good. It's easy to use and vents well. As I mentioned before, the installers did not do a good job. As a result, we had to call LG. They showed us the problem and indicated that it was a bad installation.

    We bought this microwave to mount in our kitchen and it's been great so far. It's very easy to operate and has no issues heating up foods in the appropriate amount of time. One of my favorite features is the reminder ding if you don't remove your food after cooking. I'd recommend this microwave to friends and family for sure.

    This is the second LG microwave / convection oven we have had. The first was great until we got a leak in the roof. Replaced touch pad and it worked fine.

    The model I got was a floor model and did not come with the box or instructions for install but it went in easily and I have not had any problems with it. The only thing my old one has that this one did not is a timer.
