    I don't like microwaves rotate tray...some time it was shakes make ...can not cook with fully water cup ( spill out water after every shake )...from the 1 st day I used it.

    You can remove upper shelf if you do not need it. Really easy to install, comes with a template to mark where to put hanger, just need one more person to help you hold Microwave up till is attached to metal template.

    Best Buy keeps reminding me to review - only had it installed for about a month. Still works! Keypad is thoughtfully laid out, easy to use. Like/dislike the included "bbq" steel grate that's included. Handy feature, except when you need more height - you need to find some place to keep the grate when it's not suspended inside the oven on it's rather flimsy looking plastic rests. Turntable sits rather high off the inside floor of the oven. Fairly quiet when operating.
