    My only complaint is doesn't have one touch controls. ie. my old m/wave if i wanted to cook for 3 minutes i could just push the 3 and it would automatically start and cook for 3 minutes. This OTR microwave you have to push the 3 and then 00 and enter for it to start cooking for 3 minutes. Maybe after tinkering with it a bit longer I will figure out more functions as we have only had it a few weeks.We'll get used to it after time, other than that minor inconvenience it performs great!
