    THIS OVER THE COUNTER MICROWAVE HAS EXCELENT FEATURES. I MATCHED THIS PRODUCTS FEATURES WITH OTHER MICROWAVES IN ITS CLASSIFICATION.. THE LG PRODUCT HAS MORE FEATURES AND IS A MORE DURABLE PRODUCT.

    Only been using for about 2 weeks. I like all of the convenience buttons. Makes it easy to understand. Seems to be working as expected. Heats things much faster than my old microwave....so far...I am very pleased.

    this microwave does everything i need and more for the great price,on installation the soften and melt buttons didn't work ,lg sent out a repair man and had it fixed in 2 days ,although i followed the directions for soften and within seconds my butter was liquid,also the control panel scratches when even cleaned with a soft cloth

    Having purchased the five piece set we did choose the lower end model of the microwave in this line. It does have a rather empty clunky noise when closing. Odd I know to comment on but you'll notice it when using it. It operates fine however and looks nice and streamlined like the others in this line.

    Had to get a new microwave as our old one did not heat up food evenly and would find cold spots in foods that were thought to be adequately heated up. So relatively speaking, this microwave does the job and is much more efficient. And it looks great with the silver.
