    This is a really nice and easy to use microwave. My wife enjoys using it. We heat up every kind of frozen food we even do popcorn and they come out delicious.

    This microwave has all the new features one could want. my only complaint is that it burns popcorn on the popcorn setting. I would expect an LG appliance would be able to program the popcorn button to not burn popcorn. Very disappointing on this feature.

    I brought a microwave in 2017 from Best buy. My microwave stopped heating up my food. I called service person and was told that the part for the microwave was not longer available and that I should not have been sold that microwave in 2017 and it was made in 2012. I was told by service person that they only makes parts for microwaves for 6 years and that microwave should not have been sold. Why would best buy sell a product as new and not as as is when they know in a couple of years that if something goes wrong with the product it would not be able to be fixed

    This was a good choice for us, It looks good, the price is inexpensive. It might not have all the bells and whistles but it was what we were looking for. The construction is not the best but you have to expect that when you want to keep the cost down.

    Bought this item on sale and installed it myself. It worked for one night and stopped working. I returned it and got the same model. This has worked fine for 2 months now.
