    We have had no problems using this microwave. My only complaint with the instalation directions is that I didn't know that we had to trim the template for the top and as a result I drilled the holes to close together.

    There were other microwaves with a few more options, but this one has everything the average household would need. The removable rack is a nice bonus, and the popcorn button actually works!

    Very nice product. Installation above my stove was tricky, so if you're not comfortable with that, I would recommend paying for the installation.

    This microwave looks lovely on top of my Lg Stove. It has a night light to illuminate the Stove and a nice exhaust fan. I warmed up my dinner and was very happy with the results.

    Love the ease of the controls, how quiet it is when cooking and love the tune it makes when it is finished cooking. The rack is also a nice feature. Very happy with my purchase.

    I had purchased a ge microwave not even two yrs ago here and it all of a sudden just stop working, it would of cost me more to fix it so I replaced it. well I decided on the lg because they are suppost to be so good, this is very cheap, poor quality and has no timer, I have never seen a microwave with no timer. I am very disappointed in this microwave, If I didnt have to reorder another one I would have just returned this and bought a different one for sure!

    Had it for a month, have used it many times and it heats food well. I wish it had a button to pop the door open, but thats the only complaint I have. Would buy again
