Iam very impressed with this microwave...cuz it comes with a cool steel rack inside. So one doesn't have to worry about busting the micowave by accidentally putting metal inside.

Love the styling of the stainless microwave. Works fine.

This microwave is practical and affordable for my family..

I bought this unit to replace a 21 y/o microwave only because of it's size. It was the only one that was lower than 17-1/2" out there. Out of the box, the side and rear panels were dented in and bent. I had to make my own sheetmetal repair to mount the oven in the rear and the side is still dented in. The unit shipped well in the box and packaging, so it was knowingly packed at the factory damaged. After installation, the turntable would not work for it did not have the turntable shaft assembled and was completely missing from the unit. LG did not care, neither did BB, so I had to buy my own from another big-box store that sells parts. The unit works OK, but does not have a simple minute timer, which I thought it had. Disappointing. Quality control from LG is extremely poor and I will never purchase another LG product again.

It's microwave. And it does what it is supposed to do.

Excellent mircowave I been having it for months already and havent had any issues. It heats up really quick and doesnt make any loud while in heating process.

Works well and love the finish. Looks good & match.

easy touch controls, auto light shut off, second shelf in side. live in santa cruz, ca and the installer was top notch.

That's about the best thing I can say. It works good for what it is supposed to do but I wish the lighting below was better. LED would be nice or even if there was an option for LED lighting. The buttons are a little confusion on how they actually work.

We bought this microwave as an open item box. I was very hesitate on buying such, but it was still brand new just was opened at top box. Anyhow great microwave!!

We were looking for a smaller over the range microwave than what we currently had. We also didn't want to spend a lot of money and this fit the criteria. It does not have all the fancy features of more expensive microwaves, but it works great.

The only issue I had was with the installation. I did not have a cabinet above the stove. I had to build a box and fake front to screw the microwave to.

Fell apart within the first year of purchase. Not worth the money that was spent on this microwave. Sad part was that it was a Christmas present to my parents and within 9 months of having it the handle and outside plastic started falling off.

Never got to use it cause they never flipped to vent outside and it arks when turned on. If Installer they sent out would of installed it correctly then it probably would of been a good Microwave.

This microwave is great. It is my first over the range microwave. All the cooking options are great and easy to understand. No complaints.

Though we were told this was the standard size over the range microwave it didn't fit. We had to remove a wall from our cabinet to make it fit. It also seems to get way too hot. This took much longer than expected to put up too.

I got this to match my LG rage stove.. My stove was black stainless and this is regular black but it matches perfectly.
