It's fine - I like the (upgraded, at least compared to my old microwave) light and fan levels and the songs it sings when it finishes. My only complaint: The air frying doesn't seem to work that well and there doesn't seem to be a way to select "air fry" and just pick a time (you have to select the type of thing you're air frying?). Installation was fairly simple - drilled a new hole for the power cable. I was able to re-use the old microwave wall bracket, so that part was simple.

A lot of information on the door and inside. Saves counter top space with no need for a toaster oven. Looks great too.

Weird controls and little microwave power

Its as puny of a microwave was possible. Takes much longer than expected to microwave anything. Its good at air fry and baking, gets it an extra star. However there isnt a manual temp and time entry as far as i can tell for air fry and other special features. You just have to guess something similar to the other food item your cooking. Meh it gets the job done but I expected a lot more.

The gentlemen from Executive Services (Bob & Dallas) were the absolute best. I will use them whenever possible on all appliance installations.

The only negative (not really a negative) is that it seems to have less power than my old one. This isn't really a problem, just need to cook things a little longer. Overall, I really like it.

Best Buy installation is horrible!

They damaged the Microwave, did not install the exhaust fan properly! So it bring all the smoke inside instead of out side! Which I have it ready and all they had to do is Connect it! Called to complain but there is no one to response! The product itself works very good!
