Unfortunately, last week, the buttons stopped working. Thankfully, its still under the MFR warranty. We contacted LG and they sent a service technician out within a few days. The diagnosis is that we need to a new door. Will provide an update to the review to let ya'll know how the repair goes. This is pretty upsetting given the cost of the microwave, but I guess we're lucky it happened before the warranty expired.

Air fryer only has one setting - 450 - and you select the time by guessing which food and qty you want to cook. Convection oven doesn't have a preheat option, so that impacts the cook time/quality. If you're not buying it for the air fry option, then you're just paying a significant premium for a sub-1000W microwave.

The microwave is not only beautiful but also cooks food to perfection. I therefore give this microwave my highest rating and recommendation.

I like the LG brand now, as most come with a ThinQ compatible WiFi sync and app control. I really enjoy knowing when timer has concluded. This microwave is well made and has a good quality feel to it , as all of the LG appliances do. I can see all of my ThinQ LG appliances through the ThinQ app and it’s kinda cool. Because of the consistent quality products I have purchased from LG, I will continue to buy LG appliances. Eyeballing an LG stove now!

Convection oven bakes and cooks wonderful the wifi opion lets me know when it is done and the air fry is one more think off the counter would say yes again and to any one looking for a microwave to spend a little extra for your #2 oven

I have not yet used the air fry feature but for everything else I am quite happy with it. Also installation was great and the Best Buy staff did a great job.
