Air fryer needs software update

The only issue is the lack of controls for the air fryer. There are no manual settings for it. Everything is programed for things like cheese sticks or other specialty foods. You can't set it for something like 8 mins at 400 degrees.

It provides the same watts as my previous microwave but takes twice as long to heat. For example: to reheat a small cup of coffee takes 1 1/2 minutes where before it only took 44 seconds.

We upgraded to the convection oven and we are glad we did. It has been a great addition to our kitchen.

I am a techy--but I was intimidated with all that it can do and the instructions. I have been hesitant to use all the functions. Microwave is good--instructions a little different from most, Convection Bake is nice, but reducing the heat, makes the time to finish the same as an oven. The air-fryer takes longer than the smaller counter unit. But overall I think I will learn to love it in due time.

They were kind and courteous. The only problem I had with the unit was it has a small dent. The installer wrote that in their report. Other than that , Mother in-law loves it!!
