    The greeter at the door was very friendly and acted quickly to direct s to the right location and then called a sales agent who knew his product and the ways to get the most from this purchase. The sales agent presented very well. He setup the delivery and installation and the two man team for installation showed up as planned. The installation went very smoothly. The microwave work very well and looks real good in our kitchen.

    We haven't had much success with the air fryer functions, but the microwave works well and has lots of options and flexibility. The two main issues that keep it from getting 5 stars are: 1) The contrast between the print on the buttons and the background is too light. Brighter/whiter characters would be easier to read. 2) Dishes are sometimes very hot and we have to use oven mitts to remove then. We've never had that happen with other brands, but when we called LG, they said that is normal and we would have to pay to have someone check it, even though we are still under warranty.
