After a month of non response in spite of countless calls, we gave up and returned it. Will not ever buy from Best Buy again.

It cooks by convection perfectly, microwaves quickly, has a feature to scan food containers so it will microwave taking away the guess work and eliminating hot scorching food that has to cool several minutes before serving. And air fries 24 wings or a large bag of sweet potatoe fries in much less time and evenly than a counter top air fryer. I can’t say enough about this awesome appliance. You will not be disappointed in your purchase!

The baking and convection settings work tremendously. The microwave setting does what it is supposed to do. I haven’t yet used the air fryer, I have a counter top unit that I use for air frying but I will try it at some point here. Couldn’t be happier.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LG Smart Microwave w/ Sensor Cooking and Air Fry has so many new features that we have not used yet but we have found that this Convection Oven is more efficient for our small meals than heating a full sized gas oven. We have made biscuits, muffins, frozen pizza, reheated store bought chicken wings, frozen dinners. Documentation of the features and "how to" is "not so great". It references an online manual that we have not been able to find yet. Delivery and installation with haul away was quick and easy.

Although the air fryer function does not work as great and take a very long time to cook compared to my Ninja air fryer.

It was an absolute bear to install, so I highly recommend paying someone--it's not hard, per se, but it's super heavy and required three people in my house to do it. But now that it's up, it's so nice! I love using the air fryer and convection oven, too.

It’s no longer just a quick way to heat up that frozen dinner or day old coffee. You can actually prepare meals that, until now, were done in the oven or on the stovetop. It’s a world of difference from my last LG microwave that was built in 2012.

Heats evenly, which was a surprise because I thought all microwaves heated some parts of a dish much more than others. Perhaps you do get what you pay for. Remember to run vent when cooking on the range, as the electrical controls on the microwave are directly above the pot of boiling water on the range. After a month of us I give this microwave 5-stars.

Good but WARNING Door Needs Clearance on Left

HOWEVER, as another reviewer said, the door does not open flush with the left side door hinge. Our cabinets have their pull handle right up next to it and the door hits it. Since we like the microwave, right now we have just taken the hardware off the cabinet, but be warned that the door will hit something to the left of the microwave. It is NOT zero clearance. We did not have this issue with out previous LG microwave...
