I LOVE how this thing looks, very modern and sleek. Buttons are a little iffy to push, but they are not bad or anything. Inside is metal, easy to clean which goes a long way. The ThinQ app works quite well, and is very easy to connect the appliances to it, but for the microwave having notifications on is pretty silly. It will be great when you want it on, but otherwise should probably be off by default, unless you like getting a notification everytime the micro dings.

we like LG products and our previous LG microwave lasted less than six years. The new microwave has multiple automatic functions for cooking which is very helpful. We like the appearance and cooking with it is good. It also is a convection oven.

Just received today, so far everything is excellent and very excited about using all the new functions. Yes it may take a few secs more to heat stuff, but the trade off is the convection oven and air fry features. Matches my other LG kitchen products.

It was very close to a month to get my item delivered and installed. Then it turned out i had to ask outside help to install. Once that was done, I love love love my under range micro, convection & air fryer all in one. Definitely not dissappointed with my product!

Due to backorders and some confusion on Best Buys computer system it took a while to get delivered. Had a support team that really helped get problem solved. The people who delivered and installed microwave were excellent. Very friendly and took time to show us how it worked.

Looks good , works better than our old one. Lets hope it lasts longer. Clock is nice and bright and can be read across the room too.

Great microwave, very easy to use and clean. Adds a clean look to the kitchen, lots of additional settings and options.

Looks good, overall easy to hang but very heavy. The performance of the microwave is very good however the air fryer is not up to par with separate air fryer products.

It is a surprisingly good combination microwave unit. The air fryer better than expected when you figure it out. So until i use it more and learn all of the other functions i am giving it 4 star's for now.

We previously had an LG microwave and the handle broke off so we replaced it with this one and it looks gorgeous! Easy to install, and so far works well and easy to read the settings to reheat things.

Great space saver. Its a microwave and air fryer all in one. Microwave function take slightly longer to heat up food. We're talking 30-45sec longer; not a huge difference. I will take that trade off to have one less appliace on my kitchen counter. Air fryer is on par with my Cuisinart air fryer. I like how it connects to my LG range and will automatically turn on the fan anytime I have a burner on. If you're looking to reduce the counter clutter, I highly recommend this product.

We replaced our microwave oven after 20 years. We were very excited about all the features this oven has to offer. We are still learning and are somewhat hindered as we did not receive the manual that come with the unit (one is on the way). Two features that we have not found is a programable night light and the ability to turn off the turntable if you have an oblong dish. Maybe those features are in the manual once we get it.

Excellent combination oven. Works as microwave, air fryer, and convection oven. Easy to use. One drawback is that for air frying you must use a pre-set menu option. Would be better if you could just set toe temperature and time.

The microwave/ convection oven/ air fryer was the best purchase I have ever made. I do not have room for an air fryer on my counter. It fits the bill completely.

This microwave is awesome. It has everything! I always loved LG and this microwave is why. The food heats evenly. The keyboard is user-friendly.
