Great quality microwave. Easy to use. Vent is great it really does suck up the steam very well. when it's done it beeps on and on and on intermittently until the door has been opened. Not a fan of that. Otherwise it works well.

I needed to purchase a microwave ASAP for our vacation rental as ours went out. My caretaker sent me the measurements and I wasn't finding anything to fit over the stove. Best Buy chat helped me find this LG microwave that is so sleek, pretty and fit perfectly and an excellent price!

So far, So Good. Have had it for about a month now and its doing GREAT ! Installation was a breeze, since it fitted the brackets as the old one. But I feel the quality in this Microwave that its gonna last a few years !!

Installed this with help from my family, it is heavy and took about three of us to get it in the proper position. It is vented to the outside. Definitely works better than the one it replaced.

nice basic microwave. Only negatives would be light inside is not very bright and it has no timer. It says it does even when we called customer service they told us how to use it but did not work, called again and another person said no timer.

This microwave was simple to install. It looks good. It is easy to use. Unlike previouse microwaces I have owned, it does not have a timer function (when not cooking), but that was not a deal breaker. Works great.

It does the job, and looks decent, but it is SO LOUD. I guess that is normal now because my contractor said all lower priced ranges are loud like that. Seriously, the fan on high is ridiculous, and the fan blows automatically when you use it, so when I cook something I cannot hear anything else. It's annoying. Overall in terms of function, it's a competent appliance.

It was in stock, reasonably priced, and as I suspected the wall brackets, upper bolt holes and power cord locations were identical. 1/2 hour to install! Curbside contactless pick up at my local Best Buy was another plus.

Large capacity for upgrading our rental to all stainless. The only drawback is that the light didn't light up our stove area very well. It's easy to use though, and we don't regret our choice!

My old microwave finally went up and this works like a charm. I love how it warms the food evenly.... 30 seconds is very powerful. I also love that I dont have to constantly press buttons to add minutes. With a simple swipe the microwave starts cooking...

Good over the stove microwave. Would like to have a kitchen timer built in along with multiple levels of light settings. I also like a “speed start” feature found on GE for one button heating for 1 min. to 6 min.

Love it. I was torn b/w the Whirlpool, Samsung and the LG. The LG appears to have the best customer satisfaction history and it was recommended by the salesperson at BB. I installed it myself. It works very well. Would recommend.

This microwave is simple to use--not very high-tech, but just what I wanted. It looks good, too. The fan is a bit noisier that I'd like, and the light is not as bright, but those are minor issues.

Very good microwave for the price, wish the control panel was lighted, hard to see in a low light area even at daylight. Instructions not very clear as to where mounting dimensions reference to, arrows or page edge

Great no frills microwave. Looks great too! Seems to be better at heating up food quickly compared to a 2 year old Frigidaire microwave at the same wattage that recently died on us. Worth the money!

I got this for my rental condo. The size is good. Can easily fit a whole chicken in it. High power. So it takes much less time to heat up food. Some good basic functions. Highly recommend.

We've been using it for months, durable and powerful but on the noisy side, I don't know if it's only the one I have but it's definitely louder than I would have liked.

Pros: great price, professional install Cons: no key pad lights, no frills I did not do enough research and bought a $158 over the stove unit. For the price it was a great deal but I miss the lighted pad.

I've had the microwave for a few months and it works perfectly. The installers from the geek squad did a great job. They were done in 30 min and showed us how all the functions worked.

For the price the microwave is great. My husband installed it easily with the help of supa mom (myself) with only TWO screws. It was too easy. I was so happy I didn’t pay for install. No problems with the microwave.
