We purchased an appliance bundle during the Memorial Day sale. I must say, the LG appliances all match and look great together. The microwave is pretty straight forward- generally works like most other microwaves. There's a button for "melt" and another for "soften", but no way to discover the settings for chocolate, butter, ice cream, cream cheese, etc, unless you get out the manual or memorize the little chart. THERE IS ALSO NO KITCHEN TIMER!! Apparently, there is a way to set a timer by choosing 0% power and setting the microwave to "hold"...thanks, but no thanks. I'll tell Google to set a timer, it's faster and my microwave tray wont be spinning needlessly.

At $200, this was an awesome value for money purchase. Best Buy charges $150+ for installation and an additional $50+ for removing the old microwave. Install Make sure you have the 5/8" drill bit to install the toggle bolt anchors if you can't find enough studs. Install was pretty straightforward. I had to expand the overhead cabinet floor holes to match with the new ones. With proper measurement and planning, this should be a simple install. Operation The microwave is certainly louder than our previous Frigidaire one. However, the operation is flawless and delivers 1000w power correctly. The clock was a little wonky to get setup but it was done finally. Overall, we are pretty happy with the purchase!

My fourth LG product. Their quality and customer service is phenomenal. The microwave was easy to install and love the way it looks and functions. It cleans easy and heats up food fast a nice.

Great value. In our price range and looks expensive. Was easy to hang and the light underneath is solid brightness for leaving on at night.

The microwave works really well. Easy to use. The only thing I would change is a quick minute button ( only had 30sec) but all in all a good unit

Microwave looks nice and does of good job. It is a bit loud when in operation and does not have a timer.

Overall we are happy with the purchase of this microwave. Installation was easy to follow and functionality is straightforward and user friendly. My only complaint is the microwave is significantly louder than the one we replaced. It’s been 15 years since we replaced it, so maybe the noise is commonplace. Other than this one complaint everything else left us very satisfied.

I came into Best Buy, Frederick MD on a Sunday evening and had great customer service who helped me find the best priced over the range microwave oven. As I needed it quickly, he went over & beyond and managed to locate a microwave that I was able to take home with me that night. I purchased a LG Over the Range LMV1762ST 1.7 CF stainless steel microwave that my husband was able to quickly install himself. Works great and have had no issues or problems with our LG 1.7 CF Over The Range Microwave.

Sleek design, easy to program, quietness while in use, and reasonable price are most outstanding features of this microwave.

Installation was easy and it works very well so far. Has some nice features, but is also very easy to use.

This microwave matches all my other appliances, that is the main reason I chose it. Microwave power is very good. I have not located a timer on it yet, but I haven’t looked real hard yet. It makes a lot of noise while running. It sounds to me like it has a fan built in to run while the microwave is in use. Which is fine, just a little noisy. Other then that it looks great and works well. Heats things up very quickly.

SO FAR VERY EASY TO INSTALL. Very modern look. and very easy to use. No problems so far.

We have had good luck woth LG appliances in the past, so i was not hesitant in purchasing another. We had a Samsung OTR microwave blow up and needed a replacement. We did have to measure new holes which were not quite the same as the old Samsung. With some help with my boys, we installed in about an hour. Works great, looks great, no complaints.

This is the best microwave. Priced right, works great, and looks awesome.

Works fine. Fan is a little loud. Has no timer only function. Work-around is to set power to zero for timed cook but then the noisy fan comes on. Inside is dark color so inside looks dark even with oven light on. Other than those small thins, oven works well and is attractive.

For the price this is a good choice. The presets are easy to operate. Most just take 2 pressing before pressing start. The touchpad does take a little pressure but is not uncomfortable to operate. My only complaint is that it is a little loud for my taste.
