This microwave oven works well for us. It cooks my pot pie for lunch easily. We use it several times each day. We like the ‘Soften’ function. The only thing missing is a kitchen timer feature.

We bought this as a replacement for 5 year old model of the same microwave. It is basically the same item, with a few minor updates. It works well, is easy to use, and was simple to install

I’m glad to purchase this microwave at Best Buy with almost half price from original. LG is a good brand and I don’t have any problem to install and use it effectively.

The LG Microwave looks and performs great . There is just one annoying factor. You must press power level then keep hitting the minus button from 10 down to 3 for defrost.

This microwave was a good price had all the necessary bells and whistles. I was able to hang it with ease and the finish was nice and matches the rest of my appliances.

Nice microwave that heats evenly. Knocked off a star for this microwave is extremely loud, and I mean LOUD! Other than sounding like a jet taking off it's great.

Works great and looks good. Good size. Only thing I don't like is that it seems to vent up and splatters some moisture to cabinet above. You have to keep cleaning.

This was an open box purchase so the price was greatly discounted. It was missing the bolts of the mounting hardware, but we were able to reuse the bolts from our old microwave. Pros: It has a removable shelf so you can heat 2 plates of food simultaneously. Also the interior is a dark gray which hides food stains. Cons: Shows all fingerprints, making it tedious to keep clean. Also it does not have a preset beverage button so you have to type in each number. Finally it also is lacking quick buttons. Instead of pushing 1 for 1 minute, you have to type "100".

good looking and easy to install microwave in stainless steel. looks and works well for the price. the light is kind of weak but maybe can put a brighter bulb

this came with our bundle it was practically free. but we do use it every now and then. it works well good size and vents out stove smoke and smells

This microwave is very powerful. I love that it comes with a light at the bottom for the stove. It is not loud at all. It is very easy to use as well!

No problems. Has all the buttons I like. I would purchase this again. The fan is a little loud when heating, moreso than others I've used. Otherwise, great microwave.

This is a really good microwave. The only thing I miss is not having a timer button to use for other things. Instead it has the energy saver button.

It works, but I feel i downgraded by my GE Profile series. The microwave's light isn't bright. There isn't a timer on it.
