This microwave is great. It even looks cool on the inside (instead of your standard white). It cooks great, and has a lot of good features. If installing yourself, make sure you've got another person there to help hold it in place.

It had been 15 years with the old one and it finally blew up. Literally. LG has great products, BB is a great store so I am sure this will be a great microwave. Very quiet and cooks evenly so far.

Bought this one after our Samsung broke for the 3rd time.. definitely doesn't heat as well as the Samsung, but I'll never buy anything Samsung again...I have never had good luck with Samsung products.

Not long after I bought the microwave it seemed like some things would heat up just fine and some things would take forever or wouldn't heat at all. A repair man came out and replaced the whole control panel. It has been doing good since then but sometimes I feel like some things take longer than they should to heat up. Also ive always checked the power setting just incase its been adjusted and its always on high power where I had it. I am happy I got it as cheap as I did.

Okay microwave. Bought it for price and style. Some good features, but pretty noisy and with no lit panel hard to see programs and numbers without proper light on.

what can one say about a microwave...it does what it is supposed to do. I will say this microwave is very fast, and does not require as much time as other microwaves I've owned to cook the food thoroughly. Great buy, no problems after 1 month!

I purchase this item back in 2020 and honestly just had installed. It fits perfect. It really gives my kitchen a polished look. Glad to have that old hood removed.

Though it is slightly noisy than the previous whirlpool that I replaced, I like the fact that it has the capacity to do virtually everything that I would like to do.

It’s just a microwave. Nothing special, but the handle on our 2 year old Samsung broke off so we had to buy a new one. This one is higher quality. The handle is not going to break off any time soon.

I am very excited to have a microwave again, and this one has qualities I have not gotten to explore yet. The instructions where exactly what I needed for the new features. I am thoroughly enjoying my microwave.

I know it's silly but I love the dark interior of the microwave. It looks expensive but it really wasn't. We replace all our appliances with LGs. Nothing but outstanding quality and value so far.

Love the microwave but the first one was damaged but Best Buy took care of it and offered us 75.00 off since we had installed the first one and had to uninstall and take back to the store and reinstall the new one

It seems to take longer to heat things up than our old one but it was the same power. No timer built in without using the microwave. It's ok at best.

This microwave looks rice. But it does have its issues. First, make sure you remove the rack that comes with it, crazy right? Well when the microwave lost all power to it. The technician said it’s not good because it causes problems. Only have the rack inside when using it, then remove (not for everyday use). That’s silly to me. Second, make sure you get the replacement plan because you will have issues with it. Repairs cost more than the purchase price.

This LG was to replace my old LG that went belly-up recently. This unit works great. The exhaust fan is quieter than my previous LG, but still on the noisy side. That is the only negative to an otherwise great microwave.

Product lasted all of a year and half before it took a crap on me. First they handle to open and close it broke which is no big deal because that doesn't affect the performance of the device. But then it had to go and stop working all together. The microwave turns on but doesn't get hot. I didn't buy a warranty which is my fault but at the same time I expected to have it for more than 18 months.

We purchase this LG microwave oven to replace our previous one, purchased more than 10 years ago. This new model works well, but it is noisier than the older model.

This works well and does everything I need it to do. My demand on microwaves is not large though...if you need sophisticated controls, then maybe a more expensive one is for you.

Does not have all the features we like, but works great for the price. Does not have a timer.

Very good product for the price paid. Overall usage was very good. The only negative was installation. The design of the power wire and plug make the installation very tricky.
