    my old one was samsung with convection oven which just died just like my other samsung appliances. samsung much prettier at $499 but I dont trust samsung any longer so far this LG works fine in 30 days No more Samsung for me

    We purchased this item which wasn't in stock. It was shipped to us. We had it installed and it stopped working within 2 weeks. It took LG over 2 weeks for find a service provider in our area. We are still waiting for repair parts. We will be waiting over a month before we can use our new microwave oven again.
